Facebook has just pulled the plug on an online ad campaign for the Diane Lane starrer Untraceable, reports Variety. The film follows Lane as a detective following a cyber criminal who has set up a site where people are tortured based on how many hits the site receives. The Facebook campaign features a similar site, and uses scenes from the movie of someone being tortured. Facebook yanked the ad, saying that they do not post anything harmful or hateful on their site. Yeah, right! Tell that to anyone who?s had to look at Facebook pictures of their ex with their new boyfriend!
