'Doctor Who' Videogame in Development
When you think time-traveling aliens, renegade adventures and Earth 5-billion years in the future it makes you wonder why the hell there isn't already a videogame about this stuff! Earlier this week we brought you news about the new Dexter video game, and today we're bringing you news from Videogaming247.com about the latest TV-to-videogame adaptation, Eidos has confirmed that the previously rumored Doctor Who video game is currently in development for PC, PS2 and DS. When asked if the game was in development, a rep for Eidos told videogaming247, "We haven't announced a release date at the moment. It's not too far away. We should be showing it to [press] quite soon." So the question remains, will the game focus on the new David Tennant Doctor Who or the classic chap-with-the-long-scarf Tom Baker Doctor?
