'Transformers 2' to Be Shot In Philadelphia?!
Most of you probably know by now that FEARnet?s hometown and headquaters is in that City of Brotherly Love?Philadelphia, PA. We?ll we?re pretty excited to learn we may soon extend some of that love to our robot brothers! Yep, whenever a genre pic is lensing in our area, we?re on the set snapping pictures to bring you one step closer. And according to MainLineToday.com, a local publication here in Philly, the Greater Philadelphia Film Office?s Sharon Pinkenson says, ?Right now, we?re looking at applications for six to eight films to begin in June, and more to follow." She goes on to say that those six titles may include the Philadelphia-based M. Night. Shyamalan?s Avatar series, and, more importantly, the Autobot-and-Decepticon packed Transformers 2?which will allow us to bitch slap Michael Bay in our very own backyard!
