The film was a passion project for Saw II, III and IV director by Darren Lynn Bousman and stars Paris Hilton, Anthony Head (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Bill Mosley (House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil?s Rejects) and a whole slew of other horror veterans!
