Over the past week or so, we?ve been bringing you a slew of Day of the Dead coverage gearing up for the DVD release today! The film?s stars Christa Campbell (2001 Maniacs, The Wicker Man) as Mrs. Leitner, and Pat Kilbane (Eurotrip, Semi-pro) as Dr. Engle, as well as a few crew members including writer Jeffrey Reddick (Final Destination series), make up designer Dean Jones (Pirates of the Carribean 3, Night of the Living Dead 3D), and editor Nathan Easterling (Scream, The Breed), will be on hand for the signing.
