'Plan 9' Abducted, Remade!
It is coming! What exactly is 'it' you ask? The remake you?ve been waiting for for fifty years will be upon us soon! That?s right ghouls and goblins, Ed Wood?s masterpiece (so to speak) Plan 9 from Outer Space is being remade and ummm, re-brought to us by Darkstone Entertainment and John Johnson on September 9th, 2009. What?s that? You didn?t ask for a remake of Plan 9? Well, you didn?t ask for any of the other remakes you?ll be smacked over the head with in ?09 either! And what?s that? You have no idea who John Johnston is? Well FEAR not, we?re sure the director of such undistributed classics like The Jester and Darken will wow us with his technical prowess, and produce something even Ed Wood would have been proud of (not that he would have been terribly hard to please). For those of you haven?t had the pleasure of experiencing the cardboard sets and terrible acting of this mind-numbing zombie/space invasion/monster flick, you would do well to torture and educate yourself on the original.
