This fall VH1 has a new reality show that may have you fleeing from your living room in terror?and it?s not Rock of Love 3. No, no VH1 has signed a deal with Lionsgate films to bring to life Scream Queens, a new reality program which will give ten unknown actresses the chance to compete for a headlining role in an upcoming Lionsgate horror movie. The Hollywood Reporter tells us that challenges devised by acting coach John Homa will pit the unknowns against one another and their skills and progress will be judged by an as-of-yet unnamed director. VH1 is known for their ever-expanding catalog of entertainment-themed reality series, such as Celebrity Fit Club, Flava of Love, and Celebrity Rehab. "Horror films have dominated the pop culture landscape for decades and along the way have produced some of the biggest names in Hollywood," said Jeff Olde, VH1's executive VP of original programming and production. The series, which will consist of eight, one hour long episodes, is set to premiere this fall. Could be interesting for horror fans, although we still think Rock of Love 3 stands to be pretty horrific as well.
