Fox and Lloyd Owen 'Inseparable'

Everyone?s favorite schizophrenic madman will be jumping onto the idiot box all over the country ? in the form of Lloyd Owen. The Hollywood Reporter has word that Owen (The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones, Viva Laughlin) has been tapped to play famous alter egos Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in Fox?s adapt of the Robert Louis Stevenson story titled Inseparable. The show, which is being considered at this point for midseason pickup, about a partially paralyzed forensic psychiatrist with a split personality whose other half is a charismatic criminal. Yep, sounds like that old weathered lothario we?ve all come to know and love from the film League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The hour pilot was written by exec producer Shaun Cassidy and had been gestating for quite some time now, having been originally developed in 2003 for CBS and Universal and nabbed by Fox before the WGA strike. At that time Fox had requested a revised draft of the pilot but Cassidy couldn't complete the script before the work stoppage began in November. Should be interesting, I?d hate to think of what kind of a show this could be if even CBS didn?t want it.
