'Green Hornet' Site Zips Onto the Web!!
With superhero movies galore in theaters and even more hitting soon, we now have the official site for yet another one--The Green Hornet. Playing the role of Brit Reid, the Daily Sentinel publisher turned masked avenger, will be none other than Seth Rogen, who's also writing the pic. Rogen recently stated that Hornet would not be an origin story but rather a hit-the-ground running action flick. I don?t know about you people, but the whole superhero thing has been taken a little bit too far for me. Robert Downey Jr. worked out as Iron Man, but another comedic actor donning tights might be a stretch for two reasons: 1.) The Green Hornet is, let's face it, a crappy superhero, and 2.) RDJ is a badass, Seth Rogen was in Superbad--two entirely unrelated things. Oh well. Only time will tell how disastrous this will be. In the mean time, check out the Green Hornet site.
