While many game developers/publishers (and gamers alike) are getting prepped for next week?s E3 convention, EA Games will be doing so with a digital blood drive of sorts. G4 recently unveiled EA's slate and among the publisher's jinormous line-up for the E3 convention are two of the most highly anticipated horror games in recent memory. Left 4 Dead (man, I can?t resist a title with a number substituted for a word in it) and Dead Space will be toplining EA?s presentation at the expo, and horror gamers are sure to get some delicious peaks at these crimson-soaked titles. Dead Space is a game with a seemingly Alien-type premise, as players find themselves trapped aboard a cryptic space cruiser with some really hungry-looking mutants (they?re hungry for flesh if you were wondering). Left 4 Dead, which promises to redefine VG co-op, pits four survivors of a zombie fallout against? well, zombies. Hordes of zombies. Flesh starved, blood thirsty zombies? Can?t argue with that. Between these games and the extremely awesome-looking Ghostbusters video game making an appearance, E3 could be the horror destination of the summer.
Not a gamer? Well Comic-Con San Diego might just have what you're looking for...
