Jon Heder 'Woke Up Dead'
Yeah, I tricked you all. Jon Heder is actually alive and well (bummer?) but he is starring in a web series about zombies (so says The Hollywood Reporter) ? namely a misfit zombie who lives in an reimagined contemporary world that looks suspiciously like the 80s and dances to Jamiroquai in front of the whole school in order to complete his character arc, assuming that there was a character arc to be completed. Actually its not, but that Zomb-polean Dynamite idea I just pitched is better than the real thing. Here?s the plot outline: Created by John Fascano, Woke Up Dead centers on a USC student who wakes up underwater in the bathtub one morning and suspects that he might be dead. Okay? So it has nothing to do with zombies? Great. No, Jon Heder, you?re not dead - you just don?t have a personality?
