Del Toro in on 'Afraid of the Dark' Remake!
Guillermo Del Toro, the madman/genius behind Pan?s Labyrinth and the Hellboy series of films, is set to adapt the made-for-tv horror flick Don?t Be Afraid of the Dark. He?s co-producing with Miramax. The original tv spookfest followed husband and wife as they move into an old mansion once owned by their grandmother. By opening a sealed fireplace, they unleash devilish monsters into the house. Expect extreme detail to be paid to said monsters (and little detail paid to all else), thanks to Guillermo Del T!
