Woody To Battle Zombies?!
No, no? Not Woody Allen ? that only happens when I close my eyes? It seems that the other famous Woody, Woody Harrelson, has been tapped to try his hand at braving the zombie apocalypse after signing on for director Ruben Fleischer?s horror-comedy Zombieland (very original) according to the Hollywood Reporter. The film, which was written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, revolves around a mismatched pair of survivors who find friendship and redemption in a world overrun by zombies. Harrelson will take his role as one half of the zombie-fighting duo, a killer named Albuquerque. Zombieland has yet to schedule a start date, but with casting underway, that date will most likely be announced soon.
