French 'Saw V' Poster
Oh yes, there will be bondage... When the internet wasn’t totally dumping on my filmic loves this morning, it was bringing home the bounty. A bounty chock full of Saw V posters in languages I couldn’t understand. Yeah, this is a totally new Saw V poster for you people below (courtesy of French site FilmsActu.com) but it’s in French. Fortunately I have the translation for the poster’s tagline. It says (roughly): “You really thought that it was finished?" Apparently the French don’t know that the tale of Saw is a few chapters longer than The Never Ending Story. Check out the poster in all of its profound glory below...
The only unfortunate thing about this poster is that it lacks the gore the previous teaser posters, for Saw installments II, III, and IV, celebrated. In fact, there’s no gore on this poster – it just looks like the cover to Crime and Punishment. Leave it to the French to associate Dostoevsky and horror... At least WE know the movie will have tons of blood and gore. Saw V hits theaters on October 26th, but in the meantime feast your eyes on the poster below.
