Teaser Art for 'Burning Bright'
Earlier this summer a movie so asinine was greenlit that only the big bad Hollywood machine could’ve made it. Said movie was Burning Bright – about a girl who gets trapped in her house during a hurricane with her autistic brother…and a hungry tiger. See how it says “What the Fear” in our news banner? That’s about three letters off of being my sentiments exactly. Despite the movie’s bat-shit-crazy premise, it does boast James Marsh at the helm (even though according to IMDB – Carlos Brooks will be directing, which is good news for IMDB’s waning credibility)--and I was huge fan of Marsh’s 2005 directorial effort The King. The film will also star Briana Evigan, who isn’t too hard on the eyes. So I guess that makes a completely insane movie worth seeing. In any case, a teaser poster for Trapper Girl Tiger Hurricane Movie: Part I has been released by Sobini Films, which is producing the movie (no, they don’t just go around making posters for random movies).
