Hey there everyone, we’ve got some awesome stuff coming in from our weekend at Baltimore Comic-Con but this has gotta take the cake!  Our own Joe McCabe had the chance to speak with Trailer Park of Terror publisher Christopher March, who not only gave us an awesome interview, but who also dropped some never-before-seen art upon our faces.  It’s some really sweet stuff so check the image below.  What’s that?  Ohhhh you wanted that interview too…  Well ask and ye shall receive…

Can you talk about what’s next for the title?

We have issue 10 coming out in October.  And the film will be released on DVD October 21st.

Is there anything you guys will be doing to promote the DVD with the comic?

This is the cover from Issue 10.  These are the characters from the movie made into comic book characters.  That’s kind of how we’re tying it in.

Can you talk about what lies ahead?  Do you guys anticipate another Trailer Park of Terror film?

Well hopefully.  We’ll see how this one goes.  Originally the film was planned as a trilogy, so we’ll see how the first one goes and start working on a sequel.

You guys have been promoting it at a number of conventions now.

Yeah, it’s been in all the film festivals, starting with Slam Dance, the Philadelphia Film Festival, San Francisco, Nashville, Montreal coming up.

How does the film differ from the comic?

The comic itself is a white-trash Tales from the Crypt.  The movie itself is just a straight-through story following our main character.  The movie has a much darker tone, the comic is more tongue in cheek.

When you mentioned it was originally planned as a trilogy, was that changed?  Was it originally supposed to be this film as the first film in the trilogy?

This was planned as the first one.  Ideas are being tossed around for the next ones.
