Portugal’s supreme occult metal sorcerers Moonspell are finally putting the finishing touches on their long-delayed double DVD set, now titled Lusitanian Metal, which they plan to unleash on the world November 21.

The first disc includes a full performance from Poland’s “Metalmania” event in 2004, as well as a compilation of all Moonspell’s videos to date – including the full version of the award-winning zombie short “I’ll See You In My Dreams” and the brilliantly shot video for “Everything Invaded,” which is designed to look like an epic horror movie trailer. The disc is rounded out with a lengthy band interview – conducted, naturally, in a cemetery.

Disc 2 promises some rare, often never-before-seen archive material from the band’s early years going all the way back to 1995. This performance compilation includes footage of their very first live show and their tours with metal icons Cradle of Filth and Napalm Death, among many other tantalizing excerpts from their dark past.
