Slipknot Wants You on the FRONTLINES
The notorious masked metal monsters of Slipknot are looking to get their game on for the next Xbox Live “Game With Fame” competition on Wednesday, October 15.
Xbox Gold members wishing to challenge the band (who will join forces with gamer clan C.O.T.A.) to combat in Frontlines: Fuel of War need to submit a friend request to the gamertag “Slipknot GWF” and be online 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session time of 6 PM Pacific. Play should last for around four hours. After the battle, the overlords of Xbox encourage players to tell their goriest (and funniest) war stories via email to xlmail@microsoft.com.
Past GWF music celebs include Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, 30 Days to Mars, Ludacris, Green Day and Sevendust.
