'Johnny Gruesome' Author Gets 'Frenzy'-ed
The mastermind behind Johnny Gruesome, Gregory Lamberson, is back and bloodier than ever. Medallion Press has acquired Lamberson’s new novel, The Frenzy Way. Medallion published Lamberson’s Johnny Gruesome paperback this month and has scheduled his Personal Demons for October, 2009. The Frenzy Way will be available in bookstores October of 2010. Lamberson describes his third book for Medallion as “an action-packed tale of cops battling werewolves in New York City.” The author’s instructional book, CHEAP SCARES! Low Budget Horror Filmmakers Share Their Secrets, was also newly published this month. And he’s currently plotting a sequel to Personal Demons while continuing to develop Slime City Massacre, the sequel to his 1988 cult splatter film.
