Exclusive: Some Bloody Good Footage from 'Let the Right One In'
There’s a horror movie making the rounds right now that I have not heard one bad thing about, and, quite frankly, I’m dying to see it. It’s a Swedish vampire flick called Let the Right One In, and it’s getting rave reviews everywhere it goes. Last week I had the good fortune of seeing the red band trailer online… incredible is the only word to describe what I saw. This film really looks like it’s taking the horror film to a level that it rarely (and, it could be argued, never) achieves. Let the Right One In opens domestically tomorrow (10/24) and is part of Magnet Releasing's "Six Shooter Film Series," a line-up of six films highlighting the vanguard of genre cinema from around the globe. Five films will follow over the coming months: Nacho Vigalondo's Timecrimes (Spain), Ollie Blackburn's Donkey Punch (UK), Special (US), Big Man Japan (Japan), and Eden Log (France).
