Oh Twilight, that hotly anticipated book adaptation and tweeny sensation that every studio exec is waiting to cash in on and every tween girl is waiting to screech to the high blood-sucking heavens over! It’s no secret that most horror sites (ourselves included) have been buzzing like busy little vampire bees strictly for the vamp element while acknowledging that the teen-immortal-love story is pretty soft-core for the horror set. And from what we’d seen before—the somber photos and posters and a soul-torturing teen romance trailer-- it seemed as though the most exciting action sequence of Twilight would be when vampire, Edward and vampire-lover, Bella actually moved from that annoying spoontastic-cuddle position seen on just about every poster and image released thus far! But last night, unexpectedly, at the Scream Awards on Spike TV...

viewers got a special world premiere treat from Twilight, involving some vampire ass-kicking, window-smashing, body-catapulting and Bella bludgeoning! Whew. It’s gonnn’ be cwwwaaaaazzzzyyyy! But still safe, of course, for the whole family.
