Shock-rock legend Alice Cooper – who made news a few weeks ago when a portion of his performance on The Late Show with Craig Ferguson was censored by CBS – is back on the tube, having chosen to play gracious host to WGN America's “Monstrous Munster Mash” Halloween marathon, which features 16 fan-favorite episodes from the classic TV series, airing back-to-back starting at 4PM Eastern this Friday.

Alice will appear on an appropriately Gothic set in the opening and interstitial segments taped for the marathon, which will be followed by the half-hour special World Premiere: Alice Cooper's Along Came a Spider, featuring videos and behind-the-scenes clips from the album of the same name.

Sounds to us like a good DVR opportunity – perfect for recovering from the night's sordid festivities.
