Apparently a lot of pussies have been heading to the movie theater these past two weeks, because that pesky Zac Efron and his graduating class have stayed atop the box office for yet a second week (if you're not sure why I'm calling moviegoers "pussies" refer to the Saw V ad below). Yet despite all the jazz hands and sporting-events-come-showstoppers (seriously, when was the last time you saw a high school basketball game turn into a number from Music Man?), it was all things scary that owned the box office this Halloween weekend. Saw V and The Haunting of Molly Hartley both ended up in the top five, scoring 10 million and 6 million dollars respectively. The season did not, however, fare well for first-person thriller Quarantine, which dipped out of the top ten for the first time since its release, scoring just over a million dollars on the books from Friday to Sunday.
