Sweden's pervy purveyors of horrific “Death-Glam” have released details of their upcoming third studio album Night Electric Night. The band returned to the studio in October to begin working on what they promise to be “another chapter in their history of vanity, darkness, blood and sleaze.”
Born out of the ashes of black metal groups Swordmaster, Dissection and Ophthalamia, and subsequently transformed into a Goth electro-metal juggernaut, the band first caught widespread attention during a high-profile tour with Cradle of Filth, contributed the track “Synthetic Generation” to the soundtrack of Alone in the Dark, and last year captured Metal Hammer's coveted “Golden God” award.
With a tentative release date of January 30, the album will be released as both a standard and special-edition CD. The band recently posted the album cover art (shown above) and the following track listing on their MySpace:
“Chertograd”
“Night Electric Night”
“Death Dies Hard”
“Mark Of The Gun”
“Via The End”
“Blood Stains Blondes”
“Babylon”
“The Fuel Ignites”
“Arclight”
“Venus In Arms”
“Opium”
