Here at FEARnet we’ll never let you leave hungry! That’s why this Thanksgiving we’re serving up a heaping helping of cannibal movies on the web. Starting on Thursday, November 27th, you can catch four movies devoted to the joy of devouring another human being! The movies we’ll be dishing out online include the cult-classics Blood Diner, The Butcher, Zombie Honeymoon, and Diary of a Cannibal.
Blood Diner is a 1987 gem that follows two brothers, owners of a diner, on their hunt to kill and serve up young women in their restaurant as a means of resurrecting an Egyptian Goddess. The Butcher finds a group of college students stranded on a back road in Las Vegas – when a psychotic family finds them, it will be a fight to the finish to survive the butcher, who wants nothing more than to chop them up for food! Zombie Honeymoon takes the classic zombie story and spins it on its head. Equal parts romance and horror, Honeymoon finds a newlywed couple’s relationship strained as the husband is slowly turned into a zombie. Can true love triumph over his terrible hunger? Finally, Diary of a Cannibal paints a bleak portrait of the limits of love. When the survivor of a cannibal attack tells the police her harrowing story, the details of her experience are more horrifying than imaginable. Based on the true story of a couple who met online for consensual cannibalism, Diary of a Cannibal is sure to terrify.
We hope these movies will keep you as stuffed as a cannibal in a mega-mall. And remember to come back for leftovers, ‘cause these flicks will be available online for a full week. Check them out here!
