Unfortunately the reports are true... we'll have to wait a while longer to see Benicio morph into a werewolf. Joe Johnston's Del Toro-starring, Rick Baker-bragging remake of Universal's horror classic The Wolf Man has now officially been pushed back to November 6th 2009 from its previous go-date of April 3rd... a full seven months (according to Variety)! Welcome to blow-town, population: us. We can only hope that this is in an attempt to improve the quality of the film. The film has been troubled from the start when director Mark Romanek left shortly after beginning production citing "creative differences" as the reason. Although another plus of the date change is a prime fall release spot - look at the wonders this did for Twilight. Although Twilight could've been released the day after the apocalypse and probably have put up the same box-office numbers. What do you think? Is the release date change a good thing for Bennie-O and Wolfie?
