Stills Pop Up From 'The Stepfather' Remake
Watch out, children by association! The Stepfather is back and this time it looks... eh, mild. True it's very, very early to make a judgment call on this film but why release such generic images for a first look? You already have die-hard genre fans feeling skeptical towards another remake, so why not knock everyone's socks off from the get go? Guess that's why I don't work in film marketing. Either way The Stepfather hits theaters October 16th, 2009. The film revolves around a kid moving home from military school to find his mother involved with a man he believes to have a sinister side.
