The Video Game Awards are Upon Us!
We’ve got the low down on Spike TV’s “Video Game Awards” of 2008! The show premieres live on Sunday, December 14th at 9:00 pm ET. Hosting the show will be the always outrageous Jack Black, with live performances by 50 Cent and LL Cool J. Presenters include (but are not limited to) Eliza Dushku, Neil Patrick Harris, Busta Rhymes, Kiefer Sutherland, Tony Hawk, Odette Yustman and Mike Tyson (!?!?).
Among the multitudinous and amped sounding categories for awards, we see “Best Independent Game,” “Game of the Year,” “Studio of the Year,” “Big Name in the Game: Female,” “Big Name in the Game: Male,” a best game for the PC and big three consoles, and much, much more.
