'The Crow' to get Update, Reboot!
Stephen Norrington, the director of the awesome Blade and the awesomely bad The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, is set to direct an update The Crow. After the unhappiness with League, Norrington stepped out of the directorial spotlight, working as a sculptor and living a private life. All of that changed after being approached by Relativity Media. Consider this an update and “reinvention”. Norrington told Variety “Whereas [Crow director Alex] Proyas’ original was gloriously gothic and stylized, the new movie will be realistic, hard-edged and mysterious, almost documentary-style,” So there you have it! New Crow! The 12-year-old in me is freaking out right now.
