'H2' Casting News!
If you’re 6’4”, Caucasian, thick necked, and presumably red-necked, have a penchant for “fist fighin” and “beer drinkin” you can not only have my number, but also a chance to star alongside Tyler Mane, in Rob Zombie’s Halloween redux sequel, H2! Previously, we reported that Mane has officially signed on to reprise the role of Michael Myers and according ShockTillYouDrop.com, more casting has begun for H2. First in line, shock-rocker turned horror director Zombie, is currently seeking a man ready to play the role of “Howard Boggs.” The requirements are as follows: “Caucasian - 6'4" - age open. HOWARD is the huge, thick necked bouncer at the 'Rabbit in Red' night club. He's not a pierced-tattooed-rocker type, but more of a hard workin' fist fightin' beer drinkin' bouncer.”
If you remember---because you haven’t completely blocked it out by now for sanity’s sake--The Rabbit in Red is mentioned for only a moment in Carpenter’s Halloween, presumably the fine establishment where Michael Myer’s mother, played by Sheri Moon Zombie, danced her littler heart out and her little clothes off while her son, Myers, played by Daeg Fearch, sat curb in Zombie’s remake..
