New 'The Descent: Part 2' Photos!
Thanks to a heads-up from Dread Central, we snagged 7 new The Descent 2 photos from set photographer, Ollie Upton’s official website! Unless you’ve been living in a monster dwelling cave, you’ll remember that The Descent 2 is being directed by Jon Harris in his directorial debut and is a continuation of Marshall’s film, as the only survivor is taken back to the cave, site of the blood-drenched tragedy, to search for her friends who’ve undoubtedly met a fatal end. While it’s still listed as a potential title, I’m just glad they’re starting to abandon that stilly indecipherable D2scent. Currently, no US release date has been announced, yet, IMDB.com lists the UK release as May 2009. Here’s hoping this year provides a long Descent to a full bloody summer!
