Louis, Blue, Smith and Walker Reporting for 'Stargate' Duty!
We've just received word via HollywoodReporter.com that four more young men are set to co-star opposite Robert Carlyle in the new Sci Fi Channel original series, Stargate Universe. The series centers on a group of surviving soldiers, scientists and civilians lead by Dr. David Rush (Carlyle) in an effort to return to Earth after thier hidden base comes under attack and they are forced through a Stargate. According to the report, Justin Louis (Shooter) was cast as an experienced team leader, David Blue (Moonlight) will play a slacker/utter genious civilian, Brian J. Smith will play a junior member of the Stargate team and Jamil Walker Smith will play a marine with a serious temper. Stargate Universe will debut as a two-hour movie in the fall of 2009.
