By now, I’m sure you’ve heard of His Name Was Jason, a documentary that promises to aptly cover 12 films of the Friday the 13th saga over the last 3 decades and includes everyone from the first Jason (Ari Lehman) to the latest Jason (Derek Mears) and every killer/killee in between! On the date of the DVD release, February 3rd, LA horror hot-spot Dark Delicacies is hosting a remarkable signing with almost 30 former stars, writers, directors, special-effects artists and lucky souls (or unlucky, depending on which side of the machete they ended up on) involved with the franchise since the start in 1980. Due to the number of guests signing, the signing will take place at Dark Delicacies & Emerald Knights. Buy your DVD at Dark Delicacies and you will be given a number. Half the line will get their DVDs signed here and the other half at Emerald Knights. When you have gotten all the signatures at one location you will go to the other location to get the rest. There will be a charge to get other items signed. Some guests will also have photos for sale. No personal photos with guests will be allowed due to time.
