Cube Watches the 'Watchmen'?
"Justice is coming for all of us, no matter what we cube." Sound a little off? Medicom has released images of their new set of Watchmen Kubricks! That's right, the world's most introspective heroes are now going to be boiled down into tiny, semi-adorable cubes.
You'll get Kubricks of The Comedian, Night Owl II, Silk Spectre II, Ozymandias, Rorschach, and the good Dr. Manhattan. We've seen other great franchises made into Kubricks (Sweeney Todd for one), and while there is a certain charm to these guys, it just doesn't seem like the right thing to do to the Ulysses of graphic novels. What do you guys think? Does Alan Moore have a point to all his commercialization bashing?
