Discover David Lynch The 'Detective'
Eraserhead director and resident genre icon, David Lynch is many things. Slave to the bouffant? Yes. Goofball? Yes. Genius? Often. But Actor? Not so often. Yet according to an official press release we received today, Lynch is starring in a short online feature, The Soul Detective, on V2 Cinema.com. The short, written and directed by Davi De Oliveira Pinheiro, is the fifth and last episode of the Brazilian web series Boundaries of Thought: Think Thank, which, when complete, is comprised of 54 minutes of online footage. The new episode featuring Lynch follows a detective who enters a train car full of manifestations of a haunting force as he uses his telepathic powers to enter the mind of a corpse before his memories vanish.
