Manson's Hitting a New LOW This Spring?

Spooky Kid #1 Marilyn Manson has recently dropped a tasty detail or two regarding his upcoming album on his official site www.marilynmanson.com: The High End of Low will be the seventh full-length studio release from the dark rock overlord. Co-produced by frequent Manson collaborator Sean Beavan, Low was recorded throughout last year and is currently in the mixdown stage, tentatively slated for release this spring (the official date is still to be announced). Manson told Rolling Stone last week that the album's title refers to "a self-described state of being that I'm in,” and promises that “you're going to be f**king freaked.”

Plans are also in the works to produce a nine-minute promo video for the first single "I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies.” Manson has described the single as "severely sadistic... basically it's murder, sex, death, the end." So, in other words, business as usual.
