Production company Benderspink (there's a name for you, eh?) has just announced that they've found the right guys to adapt the Red 5 comic ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction. According to Hollywood Reporter, the duo of Dick Blackman and Howard McCain, who previously co-wrote Underworld: Rise of the Lycans and wrote/directed Outlander will turn the comic into a shiny, (probably) highly-explosive, gory script. The comic concerned a group of soldiers who stumble upon a secret army of purposefully produced zombies in the middle east. Benderspink seems interested in making movies we're into (by adapting comics like "Y: The Last Man"), but we'll see how they turn out once they hit the celluloid.
