'Hatchet' Director Heats up Casting with Keven Zegers for 'Frozen'!
It was just a few years ago that Adam Green brought a bunch of 20-somethings to the muggy swamps of New Orleans for an old-school slasher romp with Victor Crowley! His newest group of 20-something victims aren’t so Mardi-Gras lucky, though. Instead, they’ll be subjected to the cold mountain air of New England when two snowboarding friends are stranded on a chairlift and must fend off a pack of hungry wolves and the untamable elements.
According to HollywoodReporter.com, Kevin Zegers (Dawn of the Dead 2004, Wrong Turn) will star as ½ of the snowboarding friends slong with Shawn Ashmore (The Ruins) . Looks like a straight wilderness survival since New England is a bit cold for Crowley’s hatchet-wielding antics. Filming begins next week in Utah.
