This year marks the 200th birthday of Edgar Allan Poe, who, with stories like "The Fall of the House of Usher" and "The Pit and the Pendulum" to his credit, is widely considered the first contemporary American horror writer. Darrell's won the World Fantasy Award and is currently nominated for this year's Bram Stoker Award. And he knows his horror history as well as, well, almost anyone alive. So check out what he has to say about the madman, the myth and the legend!
