Attention Ganja-Hunting Ghost-Hunters!
Now here’s something you can relate to! Comedy Central is offering up a hit of comedy, reefer-loving friends and ghost and alien hunting! Based on a book written by Trey Hamburger, Comedy Central has acquired the rights to create a series and movie for the supernatural-comedy to be developed concurrently. According to an official press release, Phil Johnston (A Friggin’ Christmas Miracle) will pen the pilot for Ghosts/Aliens, about two pot-smoking friends, who hear about a Hot Pocket that vanishes into thin air and become convinced that ghosts and aliens exist. Thus, said pot-smoking friends must discover and reveal the truth about the otherworldly creatures. Is that what pot is doing to kids nowadays? Here I thought most just irresponsibly ran over their golden retriever with their mom’s mini-van on the way to Wendy’s. Hm…
