Save the Cheerleader, Save the World, Save 'Heroes' Season 4!
It looks like we’re nearing confirmation of the fourth season of NBC’s hit show Heroes AND the possibility of a new start for a futuristic sci-fi drama titled Day One. HollywoodReporter.com is reporting that NBC’s Angela Bromstad says that the peacockian network will bring back Heroes for another season despite some hefty ratings declines. The network plans to order 18-20 episodes—fewer than the average 23 episodes for Heroes season 1 and the current season. Additionally, TV sci-fi enthusiasts can also enjoy Day One, a new 13-episode series about a group of survivors after a catastrophic global event. Reports indicate that Day One may air on Monday nights with Heroes or on Sunday nights in the same block as “quasi-futuristic” Kings which premieres on March 15th. Well, you’ve got to give NBC one thing; they’re always looking towards the future even when the ratings are lagging behind! Bring it on peacock and here’s to Heroes season 4!
