Horror films, videogames and TV shows are alive like never before! So Watchmen co-writer David Hayter and producer Benedict Carver plan on injecting their own life into the genre of the dead! According to Variety.com, the pair will forge Dark Hero, a company expected to generate film, TV, and videogame projects in action, sci-fi and horror genres.

Beginning the reign of Dark Hero, Hayter will make his directorial debut in Slaughter’s Road, a werewolf pic satrring Ray Stevenson and Thomas Dekker (The Sarah Connor Chronicles), with Carver producing. Additionally, the next project on the Dark Hero slate is Demonology, written and to be directed by Hayter about a Belgium high-school kid that brings the horrible experiences of school to life.

With such enthusiasm and two films already on the slate, I think we can expect more by way of graphic novels, comicbooks, videogames and films from Dark Hero.
