'And Soon the Darkness' Claims Two More
The Hollywood Reporter notes that Karl Urban and Adriana Barraza have just joined the cast of Abandon Pictures remake of And Soon the Darkness, they join cast members Amber Heard and Odette Yustman. The original And Soon The Darkness centered on two young girls in France targeted by a countryside killer. The remake (currently shooting in Argentina) appears to be following closely behind the original being described as a thriller that follows 'two American girls on a bike trip in a remote part of the country. When one of them disappears, the other must find her before darkness falls and her worst fears are realized'. The original 'Darkness' was a rarity for the time, an effective thriller focusing more on chills and atmosphere than sleze and gore. What do you guys think about this one?
