Five New Werewolves Howl at 'New Moon'!
The Hollywood Reporter has announced that five American Indian actors have just joined the cast of the Twilight sequel New Moon. Summit has signed Chaske Spencer, Bronson Pelletier, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Tyson Houseman "to form the ensemble Wolf Pack, who in Stephenie Meyer's novel take the side of the humans in their fight against the evil breed of vampires."
(As all Twihards know, Taylor Lautner appeared in Twilight as Jacob Black, who is also a member of the Wolf Pack.)
Summit points out that all of these cast additions are of American Indian descent, "with Sioux, Purepecha and Hualapai among the tribes represented." For all five actors, New Moon will be their big-screen debut.
