Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy Join 'Inception'
Ellen Page (Hard Candy, Juno), Marion Cotillard (Mary) and Cillian Murphy (Batman Begins, Red Eye) are all in talks to star in the top-secret film Inception from director Christopher (The Dark Knight) Nolan. Much of the gruesome details have yet to be revealed but according to Variety the suits are describing the film as 'a sci-fi/action movie set within the architecture of the mind'. We spilled the beans earlier on Leonardo DiCaprio joining the cast while The Hollywood Reporter adds very little telling us that "DiCaprio's character is mentioned as a CEO-type, while Cotillard would play his wife. Page is a young college grad student and DiCaprio's sidekick." Nothing too sci-fi about that, but I guess if you're vague enough you can suck the genre out of anything! Here, let's try it: Jack Torrance was a writer. James Kirk was the captain of a ship. Jason was a little boy who drowned. See?
