The story of The Sticks revolves around one man’s search for his missing ex-girlfriend in a labyrinth of woodland weirdness, populated by a colorful assortment of twisted backwoods characters, a mysterious raven-haired hottie named Jessica, and a lurking, bloodthirsty creature.
Although the trade paperback edition isn’t available until April 28th, there’s a good reason to pony up for the downloadable version, which is available now: Deane has written and recorded “The Sticks Theme,” an instrumental track to accompany the novel, available as a bonus MP3 with book download. You can buy the e-book, or preorder the paperback version, through Delirium’s web store.
