Rodriguez's 'Predators' Gets 2010 Prey!
A few weeks ago, we told you that the ever-busy Robert Rodriguez was working on a script to revive the Predator franchise, titled appropriately, Predators. We also threw the announcement on the “yeah, what else is new” pile as we have with the likes of Red Sonja and the countless other promised flicks from the Rodriguez camp. But today, BoxOfficeMojo.com has updated their release schedule pitting Rodriguez’s Predators film at a release date of July 9th, 2010! No word on whether starlet Rose McGowan will play a lethal predator that wreaks adultery on otherwise happy marriages in the revival of the franchise.
Predators does mark the third supposed big-budget theatrical release for Rodriguez in 2010 including Nerveracker and the newly announced, Machete for Dimension films.
