Hugh Jackman has clawed his way to the top of the world, folks! His latest film, X-Men Origins: Wolverine (a prequel to the X-Men films) raked in $87 million during its opening weekend, beginning May 1st, and a new high-profile Hollywood project has already sniffed out our favorite furry, metal-fisted mutant! According to HollywoodReporter.com, Jackman is attached to star and produce Ghostopolis, an upcoming graphic novel from Doug TenNapel about a government employee on a “Supernatural Immigration Task Force”, whose job is to send ghosts who've escaped into our world back to Ghostopolis. Its business as usual until a living boy is accidentally sent to the ghost world and the agent must team with a female ghost (his former lover) and bring the boy back. It sounds like Jackman will play the role of the supernatural border control officer. (Sheesh -- talk about the daily grind!) No director or writer is attached to the film yet, and production schedule announcements have not yet been made.

So are you looking forward to Jackman trading in his admantium claws for some supernatural deportation skills?
