E3 2009: 'Aliens vs. Predator' Trailer
I love Aliens vs. Predator on 2 out of the 3 mediums it’s been released on. The old PC FPS’s and the Capcom arcade beat-em-up were genuinely awesome while the Dark Horse comics were delightfully gory fun. The movies? Not so much.
But original AvP developer Rebellion are back in the saddle for a new, next-gen take on the franchise, and sister site G4 has a first look at the intergalactic Ted Nugent in action! Check out the video after the break!
Everything looks appropriately badass (did he seriously rip the Alien’s mouth-tongue out with his bare hands?) although the setting is a little vague. Is it Earth or some other jungle planet? Still, the graphics look gorgeous, and the full body awareness looks to be a nice touch.
Aliens vs. Predator will be out in early 2010 for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
