Zac Efron to Star in Thriller?!
File this under “Real World Horrors”… High School Musical star Zac Efron is set to star in a new untitled thriller for Mandate Pictures to be produced by Greg Shapiro of Kingsgate Films, Jason Barrett and Leslie Dixon. Hit the jump for details...
According to Variety, Dixon is also currently writing the script for the thriller. She wrote the script for Hairspray, in which Efron also starred. Although much about it is under wraps, it has been announced that Efron is executive producing the film along with Mandate’s Nathan Kahane.
